01 General Terms & Conditions

We may request government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed and any deposited funds will be returned.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricketcx platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Cricketcx reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).

Members may also request account closure by contacting support@cricketcx.click. Any active bonuses at the time of closure will be forfeited, but the remaining balance from original deposits will be refunded.
